La Official Business Delegation of the People's Republic of China, headed by the Comrade Li Xinqiang, Director General of the Department of International Trade of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, met this Monday with the Nicaraguan delegation headed by the Comrade Laureano Ortega Murillo, Presidential Advisor for Investments, Trade and International Cooperation, with the aim of continuing to strengthen the bilateral trade exchange.

“Reiterate our gratitude for this delegation made up of 8 colleagues from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and 24 businessmen, to promote trade, promote investments, work on generating employment and improving the living conditions of Nicaraguans and strengthening the rapprochement between our peoples”He said.
It should be noted that in August 2023, the agreement was signed FTA bilateral between Nicaragua and the People's Republic of China, coming into force on January 1 of this year 2024.
